Mis XV Rewards™ Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE MIS XV REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE MIS XV REWARDS PROGRAM. TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

JOINING MIS XV REWARDS

In order to enroll in the Mis XV Rewards Program and begin accumulating Stamps, you must first:

1. Purchase a qualifying quinceañera event package at any one of Lorena's Banquets participating facilities and request that your sales consultant provide you with a (1) Rewards Card along the accompanying (2) Referral Cards. Make sure that your sales consultant has noted that you have chosen to participate in the program by having him/her annotate it on your sales contract.

EARNING & Retaining stamps

The benefits that are available to you through Mis XV Rewards are based on the number of “Stamps" that you earn. You can earn Stamps by referring your friends to purchase a qualifying quinceañera event package at participating Lorena's Banquets facilities throughout Southern California. Keep in mind that earning a Stamp does not necessarily mean that you will be eligible for receiving the Reward associated with it -- receipt of the Reward is ultimately dependent on your Referrals.

You will earn Stamps based on the following conditions:

1. Your Referral must present the Referral Card you provided them to a Lorena's Banquets sales consultant at the time of purchasing their qualifying quinceañera event package ("Event Package"). YOU MUST WRITE YOUR NAME ON THE BACK OF YOUR REFERRAL CARDS ALONG WITH YOUR EVENT DATE. Referral Cards with no written names on them will not be accepted.
2. Your Referral must purchase a Lorena's Banquets Event Package valued at no less than $7,500.00.
3. Your Referral must pay a minimum $500.00* deposit to Lorena's Banquets AND their purchased Event Package must have passed it's ten (10) day "curing" period.

You will lose Stamps if any the following occurs:

1. Your Referral cancels their Event Package at ANY time OR if your Referral defaults on the terms of their Event Package (i.e. stops making payments).
2. If you have multiple Stamps and say, for example, one Referral cancels or defaults, you will be downgraded to the Reward Tier that correctly corresponds to the amount of Stamps you have collected (associated with Referrals in good standing).

*Excludes all Rewards Cards that have the Gucci Bag as the STAMP 1 REWARD. These special, limited-run Rewards Cards require that your Referral pay at least $2,000.00 in deposit / payments to Lorena's Banquets prior to your Stamp eligibility. 

claiming & Retaining your reward(s)

All the Rewards, with the exception of the Gucci Handbag, offered by the Mis XV Rewards Program are services and / or goods that are meant to be rendered on your Event Date and are ONLY good for use at participating Lorena's Banquets facilities. However, in most cases, you will have to start making arrangements ahead of time with the Rewards vendor(s) in order to ensure the Reward's proper execution / delivery (i.e. cake, limo service, etc.).

You may claim your Reward(s) on the following conditions:

1. Stamp 1 Rewards may be claimed as soon as the Referral associated with it pays a minimum $500.00 deposit to Lorena's Banquets AND their purchased Event Package has passed the curing period. The exception to this rule is the STAMP 1 REWARD Gucci Bag which requires that your Referral make a minimum $2,000.00 deposit / payment to Lorena's Banquets. Once a reward is "claimed" you may start making arrangements with a Lorena's Banquets event consultant for its delivery. 
2. Stamp 2,3,4 and 5 Rewards may be claimed as soon as the Referral associated with each Stamp respectively, completes a minimum of $2,000.00 in payments to Lorena's Banquets AND their purchased Event Package has passed the curing period. 

You will lose your Reward(s) if any of the following occurs:

1. Your Referral cancels their Event Package at ANY time OR if your Referral defaults on the terms of their Event Package. This rule stands no matter the amount of deposit / payments the Referral may have already made to Lorena's Banquets. 
2. You are found to be selling or attempting to sell or auction your Rewards, Rewards Cards or Referral Cards.
3. You are found to be forging Stamps.
